Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at catholicheirlooms@gmail.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns go to:

Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective or damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards can't be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you'd like.

Refunds

We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.
